I offer extensive project management services, because it is something I have done for many years, I have worked at all levels in delivering projects and programmes and I know all the pitfalls! Most importantly, it is something I really enjoy doing and am very experienced at. I can provide advice and guidance, do it for you or help you to do it yourself. I can also provide bespoke training on any aspect of project management.

Understand the issues when a project is not delivering, highlight the problems and get the project back on track.
Project Systems and procedures
Develop forms to capture output and outcomes, develop financial and output spreadsheets to track spend, ensuring all systems are in place to evidence the delivery of the project. I can also submit claims to funders on your behalf or show you how to do it.
Asset Transfer Project
Ideas for Change has been appointed by SkillsBridge Ltd to develop and deliver their support in the Durham County area. This primarily involves recruiting new SkillsBridge Advisors from local businesses and providing bespoke one to one and group support to management groups who are engaged in the asset transfer process with Durham County Council. My role has been to set up the project infrastructure in Durham, and take the project from development to delivery phase. The is an on-going project which is now fully in the delivery phase.

SkillsToGrow North East
I developed, wrote and edited case studies from the region’s colleges to showcase the bespoke higher level skills training they provide for employers based in the region. These were gathered and are presented together with the regional universities offer on the skills to grow web portal.
